Soba + Udon The menu features two types
of Japanese noodles: soba and udon. Soba noodles are made mainly from buckwheat
and udon noodles are made from wheat flour. Our noodles are typically served
hot in a large bowl with a traditional Japanese soup stock and a variety
of toppings. |

Teishoku Literally means 'set meal' , this is a home-style dinner
that is served with rice, miso soup, pickles and an entree. For entree choices
we offer: tonkatsu, mackeral, agedashi tofu, cold tofu and a daily special.
